TAIWAN GREEN BiLuoChuan [8 grams] is a light delicate tea which showcases the taste of pan-fried green teas. Its distinct flavor comes from small-leaf ChinXin GanZai varietal, resulting in mild vegetal notes complemented by a sugar-cane and citrusy aroma. A hint of bitterness provides a nice balance. HIGH MOUNTAIN WULONG ShanLinXi Roast [8 grams] is a roasted medium body tea made from small-leaf ChinXing oolong varietal. It was grown in the ShanLinXi mountain region, with elevation about 5900 feet. This tea is lightly oxidized (~25%) and roasted to create a smoky nutty fragrance. It combines the full-bodied umami characteristic of high mountain teas with the roasted lingering characteristic of a Tung Ting. [See full product details.]
TAIWAN BLACK High Mountain AliShan [8 grams] is a mellow and sweet black tea made from small-leaf ChinXing oolong varietal. It is hand-plucked at an elevation of 1500 meters (4921 feet). Shaped into semi-ball rolls, this tea is delicate, with sweet floral notes followed by a fruity acidity and a soft honey lingering.
