BAOZHONG WULONG is made by Mr. Zhong, a 3rd generation tea farmer who excels in both nationwide and local tea competitions. It is grown in the hills of PingLin in the WenShan district. This area is known for its natural ecosystem environment and heavy regulated as a pristine water source.
As a hot brew, BAOZHONG WULONG presents a soft yellow-green color. Its elegant floral aroma, with a hint of green vegetal notes, blossoms slowly in your mouth. The tea is delicate with a smooth body. The fragrance and sweetness creates a pleasant and long lingering. This tea evokes the light feeling of spring.
Try brewing at a lower temperature if you want a light tea to bring out more of its fragrance. If you enjoy a stronger taste, try brewing at a higher temperature. There will be a mild bitterness, which is nicely balanced with the overall taste of the tea.
